This painting is one out of 2.800 ten dollar pictures from Mr. Eric I. Spoutz's private collection. It has absolutely nothing to do with Pablo Picasso. It's a fake.

Take a look at Mr. Spoutz's homepage, he does'nt like www.artfakes.dk:
QUESTION: “I have seen a website that declairs some of the artworks formerly offered by lmm-sla-auctions to be “fake”, can you provide me with any explanation of this occurance?"

ANSWER: There has been one journalist from Europe [www.artfakes.dk], who has taken the liberty of commiting an illegal act of Libel against lmm-sla-auctions, Martek-SLA Enterprises, by wrongfully declairing artworks that he is not personally fond of, “fake”. As noted in a previous question & answer published in this FAQ., there is no expert, self-proclaimed or otherwise who is professionally qualified to pass official who is able to issue formal opinions or letters confirming the authenticity of an artwork on a ligitment level; therefore, no expert, self-proclaimed or otherwise (unless he or she is a universally accepted, premier expert for a given artist) should be relied upon or trusted for opinions regarding artworks offered by lmm-sla-auctions or any other seller, commercial or private. Martek-SLA Enterprises Inc. of Winter Park, Florida in collaboration with SLA Enterprises of Detroit, Michigan is in the process of pursuing formal litigation through the United States Judicial System against the source who is presently commiting the act of Libel against lmm-sla-auctions.

Seller: pavarotti1969

The seller:
The collage is made of painted pieces of paper glued on a cardboard.
And then the cadboard was glued on a wooden panel covered by newspaper.

It's obvious that this piece was made between 1912 and 1915, at the time when Picasso and Braque were experimenting the first paper collages in the history of modern art.

It's a must have for any modern art collector since it is a piece of history.

PROVENANCE: This piece has been in my own collection for some time now.

artfakes: What a distinguished provenance!
