The seller, eolys, Paris, France:
This interesting original drawing, no litho, no print, is signed Jean Cocteau. The French artist, first of all known for his typical drawings, surrealist films and poems, shows in his drawings the master realisation of the pure tracing and drawing lines.
In this realisation is represented a young devil with lead and colour pencil (red) on a handmade paper, size about 7,6x11,3 in (19,5x29 cm).
I invite you to have a look at my other auction, representing a drawing, signed Jean Cocteau, representing a young sailor, lead and colour pencil (blue), size: 7,6x11,3 in. Both drawings, even if each is very expressive on its own would create a nice couple.

The seller, art-lover10, Woodbury, New York, United States. Feedback: 100% Positive:
I am offering this beautifully colored Glazed Enamel Drawing on thick copper plate, signed Chagall in the lower right, The actual piece is 8 x 10 inches unframed. Overall excellent condition- sold unframed. This single piece is on thick copper, not copper foil. Verso has patches of adhesive from a previous mounting. Framed image included to show how beautiful this can looked when framed. I have collected art for 30 plus years and never seen anything similar. Perhaps done as a special one of a kind collectable.
Provenance:
(1)An original pair (other piece sold separately) was owned by an elderly Hungarian-Jewish couple for over 30 years. This was part of their fine art collection.
(2) Purchased by an antique dealer at the estate sale of above in Boca Raton in 1986.
(3 )Purchased by the present owner in 2005.

A letter from art-lover10, Woodbury, New York, United States:
For your information, I have not completed one sale on any picture on eBay. Check my history- all buys. So, how am I a known art conman and swindler? Yes, I was one of those people who bought a couple of Wolf pieces from SLA about a year ago. If they are bad, I got screwed. Can you give me any supporting info that the pieces are bad. Anything you have in writing whatsoever?
For your information, I tried a one month trial of an eBay store, as Picasso-and-friends, not one sale. eBay told me to change my name because I closed the store. I didn't do it to swindle people or be an artconman.
Do you think anyone that buys a Matisse or Chagall for $1500 thinks it is anything but a speculation at best. If there was full paperwork with a full certificate it would be $200,000. Lithographs that are ink on paper sell for $5000 and have no resale value.
So, call me what you want. You have freedom of speech. But...calling me a swindler and conman- give me a break.
